  • Calling all advertisers!

ROBERTA DePIERO: Good Night Oscar brought to us by Fringe Theater Key West

Can you feel the change in the weather? It’s cooler in the mornings… It’s already September and all the theaters have their schedules set. Will your ad be seen in their season program supporting their theaters? Now is your chance to place your ad reservations.

Reserve your ad space by September 25th for Waterfront Playhouse’s Rocky Horror Show and the Key West Business Guild’s Key West Headdress Ball programs.

Earlier than normal dealines: October 10th for both Waterfront Playhouse and Tennessee Williams Theater Mainstage programs.

  • What’s he complaining about?

The heat or just being tied to a mailbox?

The 2025-26 Theater and Event season is shaping up to be a super season. Comedy, drama, musicals, music and fun events are coming your way.

While you’re in your slow, catch-up time, make some time to set up your winter advertising. It is now time to support our theaters with advertising or by sponsoring a show. This support will help both our community and your business.

    • It’s the 50th Anniversary of Rocky Horror Picture show and both  Marathon Community Theater and Waterfront Playhouse  will honor this show in October.
    • Williams Hall this year is offering sponsorships for their different programs. Check it out.
    • You can catch Phil Amsterdam as the auctioneer for the annual Anne McKee Fine Art Auction in February 2026 at Studios of Key West. The theme this year is Vintage Key West and Bobby Nesbitt will be our preauction entertainer. He played at the very first auction.

The program is a season long program or is just for an event but you are supporting them in more ways than you know. Plus with a few of the theaters, you receive a ticket or two to see a production as a thank you and to get to know them.

August or September deadlines: Key West Womenfest, Zombie Bike Ride, Marathon Community Theater,  Waterfront Playhouse Rocky Horror Picture Show, Key West Headdress Ball.

Early October (before Fantasy Fest) deadlines for reservations and ads are Waterfront Playhouse Season program, Tennessee Williams Theater Mainstage program,  Key West Film Festival.

And later in October: Fringe Theater Key West,  Red Barn Theatre, Tennessee Wiliams Blackbox programs.

Act now before you forget or get too busy.

  • How did Summer 2022 go by so fast??

How did Summer 2022 go by so fast??

Did you spend any time for yourself this summer?

We can’t believe that this year has flown by so fast.. Can it really be August 9th already? We know we have taken some time for ourselves and our family over this summer and we hope you did too. Not only is it important for your mind but your health as well. You’ll have more energy to pursue what drives you.

And with summer passing so quickly, it is time to think about our winter season. Plan ahead. The Key West Theaters, Music and event scenes have done just that. They have planned a brilliant season for us to see and experience great shows and events as we always do here in Key West. If you are a business or an individual, please consider supporting these venues with an ad in their programs. Not only will your business or as an individual you can pick a Not For Profit to receive the ad, be seen as a supporter of our cultural arts but you also get some perks. With some of the theaters, you will receive tickets to see a show or even see Nutcracker Key West again. You’ll be featured in Instagram and Facebook posts and more.

For the upcoming 2022-23 Season, we are excited to be representing the following Cultural Arts programs: Red Barn Theatre, Key West Theater, Tennessee Williams Theatre, Marathon Community Theater, Waterfront Playhouse, Nutcracker Key West, Fringe Theater, Impromptu Classical Concerts, Key West Business Guild’s Headdress Ball, Key West Film Festival in November 2022, Anne McKee Fine Art Auction 2023, Key West Songwriter’s Festival and both Wesley House Family Services big fundraisers: Valentine’s Day Gala and the Mayor’s Ball. We call this one stop shopping, one person to see instead of 14 of us!

We will be sending emails and knocking on your doors soon. Our first deadline is for Waterfront Playhouse on September 16 so decide ASAP. Once you have decided which programs you want your ad to be in, the rest is easy. Then you can sit back and relax until next year.

    Thanks again for your support.
